5 oz baby spinach, steamed and chopped 1 large carton non-fat Greek yogurt 1 can cannellini beans 1 TBS chopped chives 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp salt ground black pepper Blend yogurt and beans together. Add mixture to chopped spinach, and add rest of ingredients in a bowl or baking dish. Eat cold or heat it up in the oven for a great dip, served with veggies!

Tenderloin, sliced into steaks 1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom/chicken soup (99% fat free) Place tenderloin steaks in pan, brown for about 10 minutes. Add can of soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with a small baked potato, topped with broccoli and salsa for a complete meal!
