Tomatoes with Feta


  • 2 pints of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup reduced fat feta cheese
  • Basil, thyme, & parsley, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a casserole dish. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tomatoes are thoroughly cooked. Take out of oven and throw in feta and herbs and you’ve got yourself a tasty dish!
